Cancellation Policy
Venue V is a collaborative coworking and micro-event space designed for intimate gatherings, creative work, and business-focused events. Venue V is not a club, nightlife venue, or residential rental, and booking does not create tenant rights. All activities must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Payments: All bookings are final sale and must be paid in full at the time of reservation. A consultation with Venue V is required after booking to finalize details and confirm any additional needs. If extra setup or cleanup time is required beyond what is included, this must be requested in advance and is not guaranteed. Access & Timing: Clients may enter up to two (2) hours before their reserved time for setup and will receive one (1) additional hour after their event for breakdown. Clients must strictly enter and exit according to the times booked. Unauthorized early arrival or late departure will result in additional charges. Card on File: A valid card is required for all bookings. Venue V may charge the card on file for damages, missing items, excessive mess, overtime, or unpaid balances. Clients will be notified prior to processing any charges. Payment plans for damages may be requested within 7 days of the event and approved at Venue V’s discretion. Prohibited Activities: No smoking, drug use, illegal activity, or unsafe practices are permitted. Loud noise must remain within permitted levels. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund. Cleaning: Clients must leave the space in the same condition it was received. This includes removing décor, bagging trash, wiping surfaces, tidying floors, and ensuring no spills or damage remain. Failure to meet cleaning expectations may result in a cleaning fee. Safety & Liability: Venue V is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal belongings. Clients accept full responsibility for all guests, vendors, and activities during their reservation. Children must be supervised at all times. Cancellations & Rescheduling: All sales are final. If an issue arises and the client cannot attend, the event may be transferred one time to another date with at least 12 hours’ notice via chat message. Transfers are subject to availability. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all Venue V policies, responsibilities, and terms of use.
